Orders can be paid by Credit Card, Check or Money Order (in U. S. Dollars). Orders may be
placed on-line, or the information may be faxed to
800-854-1930 (USA only), or printed and mailed. Telephone orders can be placed between
9:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST at 407-774-7078, or call toll-free 877-667-7292.
Orders sent via snail mail should be
addressed to LockPickTools, 1010 Bunnell Rd. #1109, Altamonte Springs

NOTE: Credit card orders will be billed to "Southern
Ordnance".
Foreign orders paid by credit card, and domestic credit card orders in which the shipping
address differs from the billing address, require that a photocopy of the card and a
driver's license (or other "official" identification) be faxed, emailed, or
included with the order form. We do not sell to minors - therefore orders
paid by money order require proof of age, i.e.. copy of driver's license or
birth certificate. And please, e-mail
us any questions you may have -- we want to hear from you!
Our Guarantee and Return Policy:loc
With the following exceptions, any product may be returned for any reason,
if in new condition (including manufacturer's packaging!), for exchange,
credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date. EXCEPTIONS:
Although we cannot guarantee your picking skills, LockPickTools.net Lock Picks are
warranted again defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30
days. The E Series Electric picks are warranted for 90 days by the
manufacturer. This warranty
does cover abuse or normal wear of the tools. Lock picks may be returned, if
in new condition, for credit to your account toward the purchase of
another product, or for replacement if
defective. Books are not returnable, and video tapes and CD's may be returned
for replacement if defective. Orders cancelled after shipping
has occurred will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

address information is automatically pulled from our database and
automatically entered into the order page. The "cookie"
gathers no additional information from your system, and no
information is shared, sold, or rented to any other companies. If
your security settings do not allow "cookies" to be sent, you
can still order online by temporarily changing the settings, or simply
place your order by phone.
Buyer Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not LockPickTools, to ascertain and obey
all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use
of any item ordered. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if
you are in doubt. Absolutely No Sales To Minors! Therefore, orders paid by
money order require proof of
age, i.e.. copy of driver's license or birth certificate. By placing an order,
the buyer asserts that the products ordered will
be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. By placing an
